This is an optical-electro-mechanical integrated control device in high precision, which is mainly applicable to slitting and rewinding of paper rolls and stripping of transition cardboards. Frequency converter is used for main speed regulation, frequency conversion center is used for winding tension control for two reels, frequency conversion active tension control is used for unwinding, and PLC control is used for whole system, with high precision and strong reliability.
